  14.  I just bought a SupraExpress 144i PnP modem which is a 14.4kbps.

  16.  Here's the problem:
  17.    I installed the modem in the computer, that was easy.  Now when I put
  18.  the Plug and Play Utility Disk (For people without a plug and play BIOS
  19. or OS), I type INSTALL and all I get is a blank screen, a a computer doing
  20. nothing so I have to reboot.  This disk is the one that installs the
  21. program that will configure the modem and show the computer where it is.  
  22. After this, you run the program created and you choose the COM port for
  23. the modem.  But I can't create this program because the INSTALLATION of it
  24. doesn't work.

  26.  I'm using DOS 6.22 and the requirment is 5.0  I'm also using a 286(I know
  27. I know) but the minimum requirement is a 286.  This modem is not cheap, I
  28. paid it 160$.  It's got v42bis.

  30.  Please help me, I wan't to get rid of my 2400bps modem ASAP.

  32. I have 600,000 bytes to Download from my account and need to get this
  33. problem fixed now.  My limit is 1 meg.
